TERMS OF SERVICE
Simple, fair terms.
Effective August 22, 2026
Operator
Checkkind is operated by Mark Grin, an individual based in California, United States.
The service
Checkkind currently provides a free device-local checklist. The optional $1 monthly Founding Membership supports continued development; it does not currently unlock the features shown in the planned Pro preview, and no particular release date is promised.
Subscriptions and cancellation
The Founding Membership renews automatically each month until canceled. Members can cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal available from the membership section. Cancellation stops future renewals and membership continues through the paid period unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds
If a charge was accidental or the service was materially misrepresented, request help using the support information on your Stripe receipt within seven days of the charge. Refunds are considered individually and do not limit any refund right required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, upload unlawful material or interfere with other customers.
Your content
Your free checklist remains in your browser. Checkkind does not receive or synchronize that checklist content.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Checkkind is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by California law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact Checkkind using the support information shown during Stripe checkout or on your Stripe receipt.
