Who operates Checkkind

Checkkind is operated by Mark Grin, an individual based in California, United States.

Free checklist data

The free checklist is stored locally in your browser. Checkkind does not receive, read or synchronize that checklist data. Clearing browser storage or changing devices may remove it.

Membership accounts

When you sign in or purchase a Founding Membership, we process the minimum information needed for billing access, such as your email address, Stripe customer reference and subscription status. Access controls are enforced per account.

Payments

Stripe processes payment details. Checkkind does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe may process billing information under its own privacy policy.

Advertising

Free visitors may see a limited number of clearly labeled advertisements supplied by Google AdSense or another disclosed advertising partner. Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ads and, where permitted and consented to, personalize them. Active members do not see these advertising placements.

Security and retention

We use encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted server-side credentials, signed payment webhooks and account-level authorization. Billing event records are retained as needed for fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may cancel your membership through the billing portal. You may also request access to or deletion of account data, subject to legal retention requirements.
